What does it cost to advertise my property on Beverywhere.com?

We have two subscription packages available. You can elect to pay for either a Until Sold listing or Monthly (Minimum term 3months). For full details please visit our Price List.

 

If I choose a subscription and my property sells prior to the end of the subscription period, can I have a partial refund?

We do not give any partial refunds. If your property has been sold we will mark it as SOLD on our website.

Are my credit details secure?

We use the secured merchant services of PayPal to take payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account and depending on which country you reside you can pay by mastercard, visa, switch or solo.

Paypal use the industry's most secure data encryption technologies and physically secure servers that aren't connected directly to the internet. They have a dedicated team of anti-fraud experts to ensure the highest level of security.

 

If I sell my property through a lead/enquiry that I have received from one of your portals do I have to pay any commission/fees to them?

No. There is absolutely no commission or any further charges to pay to us or any of our network partners.

Is there a contract?

No. By providing your property information to us you certify that you are the legal owner or have the consent of the legal owner to market this property for sale.
