The house has been fully renovated: New roof. Roof is insulated and every floor has also been double-insulated, so that each part of the house can be heated separately. The central heating system has been reconfigured, so that each part is on a separate thermostat and can be heated separately. All electricity is new, including, three-phase electricity to both sheds. The attic has all pipes in place for renovation, including water, sewage and central heating. All of the ground work at the back of the house is new, balcony, back yard, wall and back path etc.
